В видео рассмотрены следующие вопросы:
Анализ того что было сказано в водном видео (1 видео) канала а так же переоценка того что было актуально на тот момент. Большое внимание будет уделено работе алгоритмов YouTube.
1:20 Обзор первого видео
6:52 как тяжело мне дались первые шесть видео:)
13:32 об изменении понимания жены, относительно моих намерений
20:15 28 подписчиков было на тот момент
23:25 наконец получилось сделать первое сценарное видео :)
26:45 У Евы браво плэй на тот момент было по 6 000 000 просмотров в день и 1.67 млн подписчиков и я был поражен их динамике (42 минута видео).
28:10 Канал Игрушки Настюшки. Как раз отражение концепции канала (рекомендуемое или личный бренд)
42:12 Ежедневник по каналу не прижился:). Это конец обзора вводного видео.
42:55 Дальше рассматриваю остальную запланированную часть.
44:05 Алгоритмы YouTube. Что они любят и как работают? Поиск, рекомендуемые, Google реклама.
1:33:35 Следующие 1-2 месяца и 10 видео по моим ожиданием дадут в 10 раз больше чем все то что было сделано за предыдущие полгода!

How is LiDAR remote sensing used for Autonomous vehicles?

Cars are already driving themselves on the roads of California, Texas, Arizona, Washington, Pennsylvania, Michigan and many more cities. Though, currently they are restricted to specific test areas and driving conditions. But how exactly do they work?

Just like humans they also face issues of traffic congestion, rash driving, potholes, trees and other obstacles on the road. But again…How do they change lane, keep a safe distance from other vehicles passing by and how do they identify roadblocks.

Let’s take a closer look at how they handle such situations smoothly?

You might have noticed a rotating device installed on top of this autonomous vehicle. Sometimes these devices are mounted on the bonnet. This device is called LiDAR. It acts as the eye of self-driving vehicles providing a 360-degree view of its surroundings in order to enable safe driving.

Continuously rotating LiDAR system sends thousands of laser pulses every second. These pulses collide with the various objects around the vehicle and reflect back the signals. These light reflections are then used to create a 3D point cloud. An onboard computer records each laser’s reflection point and translates this rapidly updating point cloud… into an animated 3D representation.

We got to experience it first hand, and our ride included a close brush with a construction site, a wrong turn, and a flock of pigeons. But more importantly, it got us thinking about what it means when Waymo says the future is driverless, and what we lose when we eliminate human driving.
