Обходится дешевле, чем обычная черепица, а в некоторых случаях система позволяет еще и хорошо заработать, продавая государству излишки энергии. Прошло 3 года с момента презентации. Где эта технология, и почему мы не видим её тотального распространения?
Возможность использовать крышу дома в качестве солнечного накопителя электричества напрашивается сама собой. Самые прогрессивные бытовые солнечные панели устанавливаются как раз на крыше. Вот Маск и решил по просьбе американских трудящихся серийно выпускать кровельные солнечные панели по адекватной цене. Мало того, задача состояла в том, чтобы полностью заменить традиционные кровельные материалы энергоэффективными.
Using Drones to Repair Roads with 3D Printing demonstration
Опубликовано: 1 сент. 2017 г.A system to use drones to scan and then repair pot holes in roads using a 3D printing attachment was demonstrated by a team from the University of Leeds as part of the Robots for Resilient Infrastructure Robotic Challenge Event that took place on 27 to 28 June at Weetwood Hall, Leeds.
The event in UK Robotics Week 2017 showcased the current state-of-the-art of robotics for infrastructure through a packed programme of talks and demonstrations. It brought together over 80 academics, industry, policy makers and stakeholders to explore the use of robotics in the creation, inspection, repair and maintenance of critical infrastructure. Here Jake Smith explains the demonstration and the value of attending the Robotics Challenge Event. This drone system is being developed by researchers at the University of Leeds as part of the Self Repairing Cities project, with the extruder system being developed by project partner UCL.
